To take advantage of this feature, submit your repair through our fast and easy online repair portal, and you’ll receive a free, pre-paid ground shipping label. Simply pack up your tool, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest UPS location. If you don’t have time to box up the tool, no problem. Bring your tool and label to any of The UPS Store’s 5,000+ locations and, for a small fee, they’ll package it for you.
